Supplier spotlight: Hotel Bell Tent

Katah Events and Hotel Bell Tent have been collaborating for around ten years. Teaming up to create some of the most luxurious hospitality camps at events such as Glastonbury, CarFest and the British Grand Prix – not to mention countless private parties and weddings – together we’ve transformed many a field.

Established in 2008, Hotel Bell Tent have always led the way with their approach to glamping. Whether it’s a camp of 30 or 300 tents, the company’s clients benefit from their years of working in UK outdoor events. “We know what’s important to our clients and the guests who stay with us. All of our experience means that we can really pay extra attention to detail.” says Tiff Hunt, company director and co-founder.

With a busy summer season at an impressive roster of events, Hotel Bell Tent work hard to make sure every client is happy. “Our strength is our team of managers and crew members. We’re lucky to have a strong and dedicated team who know the industry inside out. This reliability is passed on to our clients,” Tiff says. “It’s a combination of preparing for any event, and remaining adaptable.”

The glamping phenomenon in recent years has completely changed the landscape of outdoor events. What is the reason for its enduring appeal people? Tiff says: “For guests, boutique camping is not only a practical answer to the hassle of camping, but an exciting and memorable experience.”

“There is something so magical about creating a pop-up camp of gorgeous tents. What we do is totally scalable, and gives our clients a blank canvas that they can make their own.”
